How to clear a paper jam in kodak 605 printer

 In this tutorial i will show you how to clear a paper jam in kodak 605 printer



To clear a paper jam in kodak 605 printer you have to go through this steps : 

1. On the operator panel, press and hold Paper Rewind.
2. If the Paper Empty message appears:
   1. Open the paper door.
   2. Cut off any damaged or printed paper from the paper roll. Do not damage or mark any of the rollers.

      

   3. Load the paper in kodak 605 printer .
   When the Ready message appears, the paper jam is cleared.
   
3. If the Paper Jam message still appears:
   1. Turn off the printer.
   2. Open the paper door.
   3. Open the top cover.
   4. Remove the ribbon from the kodak 605 printer.
   5. Manually rewind paper onto the roll.
      CAUTION: Prevent damage to the printer. Do not pull abruptly on the paper.
   6. Cut off any damaged or printed paper from the paper roll. Do not damage or mark any of the rollers.

      

   7. Look inside the kodak 605 printer and carefully remove any pieces of paper.
   8. Turn on the kodak 605 printer.
   9. Load the ribbon.
   10. Close the top cover.
   11. Load the paper.
    
     When the Ready message appears, the paper jam is cleared.
