first open printer cover and clean a barcode sensor
barcode sensor is right side of thermal head


if problem is solved than its ok but if the again you got
error than
do the folowing things :


check the firmware of kodak 605 printer
press menu button of the printer until you see main firm=10.02
if you see older version of firmware like version 4.0 than you have to update 
the firmware.after upgrading firmware problem will solved
