Prints size in apex monitor not working

Some times in apex this is happen that prints size is not accesable
because apex software does not detect your kodak 7000 printer
to solve this problem always start kodak 7000 printer first when
printer is in ready position than turn on the apex pc so your pc will
detect your kodak 7000 printer
