Ribbon Tearing in New Kodak 7000 Printer

The new kodak 7000 printer has ribbon tearing problem.every time you print 5 to 6 prints

To update ver 11 firmware in kodak apex first
you have to see that kodak 7000 printer connected to apex and found in device health check
and in ready position.

now go to the apex main screen and select {setup}
select {install}
than {install software}
insert your firmware cd and wait for a minute
click on check for media

when instllation media was found click yes to install
wait for 10 minute to comlete the process after that system will
restart automatically and your kodak 7000 printer is in ready position
